VIETNAMESE FRIED CHICKEN

Ingredients

03 chicken drumsticks

Marinade

1.5 table spoon salt

1 table spoon red pepper powder

4 table spoons corn flour

1 egg

Sauce (mixed)

6 chopped paddy chilies

50 g minced garlic

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon light soy sauce

3 tablespoons lime juice

3 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon salt

1.5 cup water

Method

Rinse chicken drumsticks and set aside for later use.

Mix with marinade and set aside for about one hour.

Deep fry drumsticks in hot oil till cooked.

Chop drumsticks into pieces and pour the sauce.
