Potato & carrot soup.

Ingredients

Potato 2 medium sized diced
Carrot 1 medium sized diced
Onion 1 small onion diced
Butter 4 tablespoons
Water 2 cups of water
Milk 2 cups of milk
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon

Method

Heat the butter and fry the onions until crisp. Now put the diced potato and carrots and fry them. Then put two cups of water and cover the pan with lid, cook it on medium flame until they become soft. Then blend them using hand blender and put two cups of milk in it. Season it with salt and black pepper and serve hot with dinner roll or pan fried fish.
